Return Policy
CancellationWe accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.
Notes
Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

This was my first attempt to crochet and if I was able to complete it, anyone can follow along. I was able to make a cute bunny and not get too frustrated while doing it. Great if you want to start a new hobby!

Such a cute little bunny in this kit! This kit comes with almost everything you need for this project: crochet hooks, crochet markers, yarn needles, the yarn (red, white and black), stuffing, and the eyes for this bunny. You need your own pink fabric marker or fabric paint for the ears, cheeks and paws, and you’ll need your own scissors to cut the yarn. This kit also comes with a beginner’s handbook that has all the abbreviations and steps to the different crochet stitches and directions, and it also includes the instruction sheet for this specific bunny project. The handbook has QR codes that take you directly to YouTube tutorials to get you started. There are a series of videos that teach progressions to get you through the construction of this bunny. I had to go through the step-by-step first few videos several times each to practice along with them, pull out my mistakes, and repeat. Again and again. And again. Lol. I will say that doing a round (spiral) pattern with increasing stitches, followed by decreasing stitches to create a sphere may not be the easiest pattern to use to learn how to crochet. Not only that, but this kit uses a smaller yarn and crochet hook - 2.7mm to be exact. (The other two crochet hooks in this kit are even smaller!) I am a slow learner, so I dug out some of my bigger yarn from my own stash and a size 5 crochet hook, and went back to YouTube to find some beginner chains and square patterns to practice. After practicing on these simpler beginner stitches, I was able to finally go back to this bunny project.I wish I could say my learning curve was better. If you feel comfortable with making nice, even crochet stitches with just the right tension, and you are familiar with the terminology, and finally – you are ready to tackle relatively smaller yarn with a smaller hook, then you are ready to take on this bunny project. The instructions are good, just not if the person crocheting is not prepared for the more challenging materials and patterns included in this kit (challenging for a brand-new beginner like me.) It is a very cute little bunny and I’d recommend it for people who are already comfortable crocheting.
