To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Customer Reviews
This kit contains everything you need to complete the project - yarn, stuffing, double sided hook, stitch markers, eyes, needle and helpful videos with instructions. It took a while to figure out where to get to the actual video for this item but finally found the barcode that took me to the correct one. I'd say this is for a beginner but probably not for someone who had never crocheted before doing this as their first project. I still have not finished it but, once I do, I know it will be everything I expected it to be.
My daughter has been crocheting for a while and found this kit to be fairly easy. She said it's not for someone's first time, but anyone who has had some practice should be able to figure out how to make this cute animal. It says it's a dog, but it could also pass for a bear.The kit has everything needed to complete the project. My daughter has several crochet hooks and ended up using a different one than what was included, because she finds it more comfortable. The hooks included work fine though. There is plenty of yarn for the animal and four plastic eyes, so two can be used in making another animal. The collar on the dog is optional. The critter looks good with or without it.It says there are video tutorials. My daughter didn't use them, but I'm sure they would be helpful for anyone making crochet animals for the first time.
I have been crocheting afghans for years and decided to give this bear kit a try. I had recently tried another "stuffie" kit from a well known brand and was anxcious to see if this kit was any easier. Although the directions seem clear and concise, I found myself unraveling and starting over several times. For someone with a basic working knowledge of how crochet works, this kit is fine. However, I think a beginner would have a difficult time with it. If I bought this as a gift for someone that didn't know anything about crochet other than chaining or single crochet, I would hope they have access to help from someone that is a very experienced crocheter. Everything you need is included in the kit so that is a plus.
