Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

I seriously opened this box, looked at the two fully outfitted kits, packaged separately, and put them back in the box. I retied to bow, and put a label on it for my two kids to open together and put it directly under the tree! I love that it has EVERYTHING that they need, packaged separately so decreased fighting, and the box that it comes in is sturdy and pretty. Highly recommend this!
My kids thought these little dinos were cute, but the video wasn't as helpful for a true beginner as we needed it to be. This might be better if a beginner is working side by side with someone who has at least some experience. In order to be able to do this as a true beginner, we probably need to buy some practice yarn and practice with some videos for true beginners before starting this project. The kit has everything you need, once you learn some basic crochet techniques.
